Rufina y Remigio strives to use sustainable practices and materials wherever possible. Our stones are sourced from auctions and reclaimed jewelry, or purchased through vetted vendors who offer traceability and use ethical sourcing. We use recycled metals whenever possible.

All pieces are made by hand by Mika in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Tarnishing is a natural process that occurs when wearing silver or brass jewelry. Many factors can affect the degree and speed of tarnishing including the natural pH of your body chemistry, chemicals in makeup and soaps, moisture, etc.

Our jewelry is made of solid metals, so tarnishing will not harm your pieces. Metal will return to it’s original shine when wiped with a polishing cloth.

We are a very small operation, and as such we cannot accept returns at this time. If you need to exchange your piece due to sizing or quality issues, please contact us at info@rufinayremigio.com.
